LOGISERV TANK CLEANING is equipped with a fully automatic cleaning plant provided by the leader on the European market, the Company Gröninger Cleaning Systems BV from Netherlands.

LOGISERV TANK CLEANING is equipped with a fully automatic cleaning plant provided by the leader on the European market, Gröninger Cleaning Systems BV from The Netherlands. Standard capacity is about 50 cleanings / day on two cleaning lines, each of them being constructed as EX (Explosion Protected).

Each line is equipped with 4 cleaning heads of 50 l / min and a pressure of 100 bar and 1 cleaning head of 100 l / min and a pressure of 100 bar for containers cleaning. The cleaning process is using softened water only, at various temperatures (cold, warm, hot), various cleaning agents (alkaline, acid, bio degreaser, Latex remover and detergent for resins) and also saturated steam for special products. Each line is equipped with air blowers for hot or cold drying and high pressure hose for cleaning air lines, drain valves, pumps, hoses etc.

TANK CLEANING LOGISERV is providing also tank heating with 3 bar steam and electric. The cleaning station is also equipped with a cleaning line for IBCs with a capacity of 50 pcs. / day. For security of the operators, drivers and vehicles that are in the cleaning station, the plant is provided with fall protection devices and control of static electricity.

The cleaning station has a unique computer system (TRS) that controls the entire cleaning process and allows printing of the ECD – European Cleaning Document.
